Cancellation Policy and Spa Etiquette
When you schedule an appointment with us, you are reserving the time of a Service Provider who will be tending solely to you. We understand the occasional need to cancel or reschedule an appointment. We require a 24-hour notice. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 24 hours of appointment time are subject to a charge of 50% of the service fee.
A No Call / No Show will be charged the full-service fee to compensate your Service Provider for their time. A Gift Card or Pre-payment may be required to guarantee your appointment at the time of your booking during busy times, holidays, weekends, etc.
- Late arrivals may have their services shortened or rescheduled so that we may remain prompt for our other services. Please call (504) 281-4172 if you are running late.
- Children are not allowed in the spa unless they are receiving services. Thank you for your understanding.
- New Clients: Please arrive 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time so that the necessary treatment forms may be completed.
